I have been a software engineer for a major bank for 10 years. Through out those 10 years, I have seen the trend of homeowners having to sell their homes for one reason or another and those homeowners only seeing one option, list with an agent and pay all the fees associated. I always had the thought that there had to be be other options.
I transitioned to Real Estate Investing and buying homes in September 2023 and joined a mentorship that gave me the tools I needed to provide a unique and creative perspective on helping homeowners. I started Northwoods Property Resources with the vision of making selling easier and quicker than selling traditionally with an agent. I invests in single-family homes and duplexes, which I operate as both traditional rentals and short-term furnished rentals.
